How we contact you

If you sign up for our newsletter, we will have your email address on file, and we will send the newsletter to that email address. You are able to unsubscribe at any time. We do not pre-schedule newsletters, we create them the same day we send them, so no “your email will be removed two weeks from now”. If you unsubscribe, you are unsubscribed.

However, we will contact you by email if you have an active order. An active order is an order that is somewhere between being placed and being delivered. You cannot unsubscribe from order emails. These emails are important for your records. They contain what you order, when your ordered it, and the tracking information once shipped.

Our system may send abandoned cart emails, which are emails that get sent out if you 1. add items to your cart, 2. go to checkout and enter an email, and 3. do not complete the order. It is only sent once, and gets sent to the email you entered on the checkout page.

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not share your personal information.

We do not use your personal information for anything other than communicating with you about your order at bunloaf.com.

We are never going to call you, or otherwise contact you by phone.

We communicate solely through email so there is a written record. There is no phone customer service. There are no phone calls or text messages.

Your phone number is required and needed by shipping companies (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) and they may use it when their staff goes to deliver your package but are unable to for whatever reason. We are not responsible for their use or misuse. If such an occurrence happens, you must contact the shipping company to resolve the situation.

Stored personal information
