We deliver only to the United States at this time. We are hoping to expand and will make this announcement when possible.
For Territories of the United States, we may or may not be able to ship to you. Contact us first and we can investigate the available options, if any.
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
We ship our orders through USPS and UPS, whichever is most economical. In some cases, local or near local addresses to the bunloaf office may have their order shipped through a regional service. This regional service may hand off the package to USPS at the destination's local post office.
If you prefer your order to be shipped through a specific provider, wish for an expedited delivery, or have any other questions, please email us at shop@bunloaf.com or message us through the contact box at the bottom of every page and we can provide a shipping quote.

FAQ
Tracking Number
After placing your order, barring items that are unreleased and coming soon, we will ship it out within two days and provide a tracking number. The tracking number will be sent out via email to the email address your provided at checkout. If you some reason you have not received a tracking number within two days, but your card or PayPal has been charged, please email us at shop@bunloaf.com with your name and shipping address, and we will resend the confirmation to you to.
Depending on holidays, strikes, technical difficulties (rabbits chewing cords at the shipping company) other situations beyond our control, it may take longer than two days for the shipping company to scan in your package at the facility. If you are concerned or have any questions, please contact us!
Donate A Box Shipping Information
We do not charge shipping for boxes purchased to donate to registered non-profit organizations. This includes animal shelters, rescues, and sanctuaries in the United States. We will verify the organization is a legitimate non-profit prior to shipping a package. If it is not, the order will be cancelled and the amount of the box(es) refunded. We request you confirm the organization you are sending one to is a non-profit before placing an order. This information should be listed on the organization's website or social media profile(s).
If for some reason you believe you were charged shipping costs for a donated box, please email us and we will investigate and refund you if that was the case.

Why do you charge shipping when other companies offer free shipping?
It costs money to ship items. Other companies work these costs into their product prices so that they can offer what is, at face value, free shipping. We are a tiny shop just starting out, and cannot afford to offer free shipping on all orders while keeping our prices reasonable.
The shipping cost is quite a lot, how can I make it more worthwhile?
The best way to get more bang for your buck is by purchasing more items. Shipping companies charge a rate by volume, then weight. There are usually tiers for weight, and we can often fit more items together in the same volume box for the same rate as one item.
Can I return my items?
All sales are final, bunloaf does not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds. Incorrect items due to our mistake can be remedied by refund of item value or replacement on a case by case basis - email us to resolve such an error. We are a small business and are not capable of handling returns at this time, and many of our items are food requiring proper storage and handling, making returns a quality and health risk. We thank you for understanding.
Can I cancel my order?
If you placed the order by mistake or otherwise wish to cancel, please email us immediately and let us know within 6 hours after placing the order so we can cancel your order. We aim to ship things out same day if possible, so please take this into account. Once an order is shipped out and you receive a tracking number, it is no longer possible to cancel an order. You can refuse delivery, and the major shipping companies have an option on their tracking page to refuse a delivery online, but may charge a fee to do so. Please consult the shipping company's website (linked below) for information on refusing a delivery.

UPS charges the sender (us) a fee to return package prior to delivery attempt. We will retain the cost of this fee from the returned value of the order charged if you request a cancellation after it has been mailed.
